and Tour Guide Service. If you have any of such requirements,
please fill in the respective order form of the travel-related
services and send it to us. Selena Travel China will
normally confirm your reservation within one working
days. Once your reservation is confirmed, you will receive
a confirmation letter from us, indicating the suggested
flights, hotels, and tours and way of payment.
Payment Methods:
1. Pay cash upon your arrival. This method is usually
for small tours with small amount of money.
2. Pay credit cards upon your arrival. This method is
usually for some tours with big amount of money.
3. Off-line Payment by Telegraphic transfer:transfer
the amount to our bank account in Beijing.
Cancellation:
We are sorry that you are going to cancel your trip
in China. We fully understand you have the right reasons
for your choice. The cancellation fee will be charged
to your account per the policy below:
Within 30 to 21 days before departure: 10%
Within 20 to 7 days before departure: 15%
Within 6 to 3 days before departure: 20%
Within 2 to 0 days before departure: 50% of the total
payment.
