Day 1

Beijing: Arrive Beijing. Meet and transfer to hotel

Tours to the Great Wall, Ming Tombs, Temple of Heaven, Forbidden City, Tian an Men Square, and Peking Duck dinner. Evening performance of the Beijing Opera. Overnight at hotel.

Trans-Mongolian Express train to Ulaanbaatar, Mongolia: See the life along the railway from both China and Mongolia.

Day 5 Ulaanbaatar (B+L+D)

Arrival in Ulaanbaatar, Mongolia. Meet and transfer to hotel. City tour including: Museums of Natural and National History, Gandan Monastery. Hotel overnight.

Day 6 Gun-Galuut Nature Reserve (B+L+D)

Drive to Gun-Galuut Nature Reserve, visit to a family to learn more about the lifestyle of Mongolian nomads. Optional horse riding or hiking to the mountains to see the wild sheep Argali (Ovis Ammon), and other wild animals. Bird watching at local lakes. Ger camp overnight.

Gobi desert-Unique feature of MongoliaDay 7 Gobi Desert (B+L+D)

Breakfast and drive to Ulaanbaatar airport to fly to the Gobi desert. Arrive in the Gobi and transfer to the tourist ger camp. In the afternoon, drive and excursion to "Yolin Am or Vulture's Gorge" in the Gobi Gurvan Saikhan National Park.
Wild life: Vulture, Ibex, Gazelle, Pica etc., Picnic lunch. dinner and overnight at the ger camp.

Day 8 (B+L+D)

Exploration for dinosaur bones: Breakfast. Drive to "Bayanzag", the "Flaming Cliffs", to explore the excavation site of the world's best-preserved skeletons of giant dinosaurs. Picnic lunch. Return to overnight in tourist camp. Full board.

Day 9 Ulaanbaatar (B+L+D)

Flight back to Ulaanbaatar. Shopping and sightseeing. Visit the Bogd Khaan's Palace Museum and the Buddha Park. Transfer to tourist camp in the Bogd Khaan National Park. Overnight at the ger camp.

Day 10 (B)

Transfer to airport and departure for home.

CHINA
The Tian An Men square
, which is probably the biggest one of its kind in the world. With a total area of 440,000 square meters, the Tiananmen Square found in the center of Beijing boasts the largest of its kind. Over a hundred years, many ceremonies and demonstrations have been held.

Forbidden City. The Forbidden City was the imperial palaces of the Ming and Qing dynasties, known as the Palace Museum. The consitruction took 14 years and was finished in 1420. In the following years, the capotal of the Ming Dynasty was moved from Nanjing to Beijing. Twenty-four emperors, 14 in the Ming and 10 in the Qing dynasties ruled from here. The last dynasty fell in 1911, but Emperor Puyi still lived in the Inner Court until 1924, when he was thrown out of the palace by the troops of General Feng Yuxiang. After that, the palace was opened to the public as the Palace Museum and it was no longer forbidden to the common people.

The Great Wall, one of the eight ancient wonders of the world and the only man-made construction on earth that the astronauts can see in the moon. Starting out in the east on the banks of Yalu River in Liaoning Province, the Wall stretches westwards for 12,700 kilometers to Jiayuguan in the Gobi Desert. It was built as a defensive structure from Mongolian warriors and gradually become the symbol of the ancient Chinese civilization. The Summer Palace, which was built in 1153 in northwest of Bejing. It is an outstanding example of imperial gardens in classical Chinese style, housing tens of thousands of precious cultural relics. The Temple of Heaven is situated in the southern part of Beijing, about 6 km away from the center of the city. Traditionally, this temple was for imperial use only. It was built in 1420, covering an area of 273 hectares, it is the one of the largest parks in Beijing. The Temple of Heaven was the place where the emperors of the Ming and Qing dynasties worshipped heaven and prayed for good harvests.

MONGOLIA

Museum of Natural History is one of the highlights of Ulaanbaatar with its rich dinosaur skeletons and related objects, wonderful meteors, objects of Mongolian wildlife etc.,
Gandan Monastery was built in 1838, still remainig with its glory and mystery. Amazing 26m sculpture of Janraiseg is the top of its glory. It is the most peaceful place in Ulaanbaatar, with its hundreds of monks, pilgrims from all parts of the country.

Gun-Galuut Nature Reserve
The Nature Reserve is located at 138 km from Ulaanbaatar to the southeast at the banks of the River Kherlen. The Nature Reserve truly the marvellous combination of high mountains, colourful flowers, pretty lakes and spring waters with full of waterbirds.At the Nature Reserve tourists can see and take pictures of endangered animal Mountain wild sheep-Argali from the closest distance and do bird watching of many species of rare waterbirds. Also can go for fishing at your leisure at the River Quiet Kherlen for Taimen, Pike, Sturgeon, Lenok and visit to nomadic families.

The Gobi Desert is one of the most mysterious and most beautiful places on earth! The arid desert is home for many species of endemic animals and birds. It is unique, because it mysterious, rich in dinosaur remains and has 2 humped or the Bactrian camels. It is a nice chance to experience the desert life by meeting local nomads and ride the camels.
